This project is a complete renovation of a 2 story-3000SF home, where everything was gutted right down to the structure. Located in Laval Quebec the clients had purchased this waterfront property and had already got permit approved drawings when they approached us. The mandate was to redesign it based on the existing footprint, parameters and permitted zoning and we got straight to work. We added a new 2 car garage with roof deck above, reworked the entire set of elevations balancing it harmoniously with new window arrangements, material selections, and volumetric articulations. Project is currently nearing completion with landscaping to complete summer 2026.
