This project is a commercial fit up, converting a former Bridgehead coffee shop in downtown Ottawa into a Massage Therapy treatment spa space. We assisted these clients from Toronto to expand their services here in Ottawa by synthesizing their client brief into a functional layout and coordinated all of the consultants to obtain their building and occupancy permit. Opened June of 2026.
